Subject: Vegoose IS A KILLER EVENT
I'd like to echo that MIKE + KIMOCK are a sweet combo!

Had loads of fun at this and the following TREY + PHIL show.

Was boozing pretty good and when MIKE started playing THE WEDGE, I got pretty gleeful as thats a groovy MIKE tune.

Damn, VEGOOSE is short and sweet.

Also saw these guys at the REX benefit in SF and that was amazing. durring second set there was a fire>begonias that had some ledgendary jamming (or was it begonias>fire, now i forget)

average recording quality

WOW this show is excellent. I was at Vegoose and I was really looking forward to seeing these guys. Have'nt had a chance to see Kimock live for way too long. The guys are really tight and there is no way you could put 4 talented guys like that together with that awesome lead singer Jen Durkin and not have a classic live show to listen to for years. My favorite cut has to be the Robert Hunter song 'The Center'. Kimock has a tight line on the lead guitar and I've never heard it done better! RIGHT ON Guys. The rest of the show is equally inspiring with classics like 'Fire on the Mountain' and 'Comes Dawn' is really fun. I remember we were dancing our asses of to this song. The audio quality is reasonable and to the poster, thanks soooo much for sharing this with the world!~

Subject: Sugaree??
"with a nice version of Sugaree.."? would LOVE to hear it, but can't find it in THIS show anyway! I must say they progressed by 1000% from the 10-21-06 show to this one. The Next Dimension is my new favorite Kimock song, WOW! sweeeeeeeeet! thanks for such a crisp recording!! much better than the 10-21 one floating out there.

Subject: love the devils!
I really like that the Rhythm devils are back in action...my roommate went to this show and said it was incredible. The song choice is excellent with a nice version of Sugaree, love the sultry lady singing jerry's old part...anywho there's also a sweeter Sugaree from the Derek Trucks Band with his wife Susan Tedeschi singing it...LISTEN TO LIVE MUSIC!!!!
